I'm going back to my roots and making pillowcases again! I made the first one for my son to take for a friend's birthday gift several years ago and was surprised at what a hit it was! Since then, I have gotten a TON of cute fabric and found that a light zig-zag stitch around each letter works the best to prevent fraying and keep the pillowcase looking great wash after wash (inside out, of course).
Here is a sample of all of the fabrics available for the letters. I use a standard white pillowcase and match the ribbon trim to the fabric of your choice.
These make the perfect gift! Choose from a name, nickname, Big Sis, Li'l Brother...etc.
