Personalized Pillowcases

I'm going back to my roots and making pillowcases again! I made the first one for my son to take for a friend's birthday gift several years ago and was surprised at what a hit it was! Since then, I have gotten a TON of cute fabric and found that a light zig-zag stitch around each letter works the best to prevent fraying and keep the pillowcase looking great wash after wash (inside out, of course).
Here is a sample of all of the fabrics available for the letters. I use a standard white pillowcase and match the ribbon trim to the fabric of your choice.
These make the perfect gift! Choose from a name, nickname, Big Sis, Li'l Brother...etc.

Tutu Cute!

Ok. I know it's been a REALLY long time since I have updated this blogshop. That doesn't mean that I haven't been busy coming up with new ideas...
Since the good Lord knew that I needed to have a daughter to bring out my inner "girly-girl", I have accepted the challenge and come up with a few new things for sweet Julianne to wear. The most recent being a multi-color TUTU! I am in the midst of making a birthday shirt for her to wear with the tutu, but (of course), it isn't done yet. :)

If you are interesting in having one made for your little one - or any little one that you know who is in need of a cute, poofy, make you dance around in front of a mirror, tutu - here is all of the ordering info:

• I make the band with 1/2" elastic, so please measure the waist of your sweet girl . It doesn't have to be exact, just a guesstimate.
• I can make one, two or three color tutus - pretty much any color your heart desires. I will also add a coordinating bow to the front (see photo). Shades of the same color look SUPER cute!
  
• Also choose a length: 8", 10", or 12" (the one in the picture is a 10" tutu). The shorter, the puffier. If you would like something shorter or longer just leave a comment (and your email) and I will get back with you.
